Hawk Knob is West Virginia’s first hard cidery.  Our traditionally crafted ciders are unfiltered and born from a blend of locally grown West Virginia apples.  All of our ciders have been internationally awarded.

At Hawk Knob we hope to provide more than the cider we make; we hope to share a little bit of our culture and Appalachian heritage.

We invite you to visit our cidery and taproom overlooking the the scenic hills of rural Greenbrier County.   Catch a sunset from our outdoor patio while enjoying live music or the simple sounds of nature. Taste the tradition of truly hand-made Appalachian hard cider. 

Hop on over to our holler in the beautiful rolling hills just outside of Lewisburg, WV. Enjoy the view from the patio or pull up a seat inside our tasting room. We now offer a food menu to compliment our award winning ciders.  Friday bonfires, musical guests, and special events throughout the year.
