the Traditional goes through
spontaneous fermentation in
oak bourbon barrels where it ages
on its lees for ten months. It is
rich and smooth textured with
hints of baked apple and spice.
Our traditionally crafted ciders are
unfiltered and born from a blend of
locally grown West Virginia apples.
